hey, i have a emulator pcsxbox and it only takes a .bin and .cue file. i have a game here that i have in files and folder, how do i make it into a .bin/.cue file that the emulator will read?

Re-rip the game from disc to bin/cue format using a program like CDRWin or Alcohol 120.

Bin/Cue is recommended, but PCSXbox will read other formats.  If you have an IMG or ISO file, those will work a lot of the time, too.  I play a lot of PSX games on Xbox ripped by CloneCD (CCD/IMG/SUB).
