Title: Was Night Trap Really That Bad?

Im reading up on the Night Trap game, i for one, dont remember anything about the sega cd nor its games so for thoughs who have played it, what made this game so bad?

Terrible Acting. The game was originally recorded to be a VCR game. The game consist mostly of changing channels. The Sega CD version had awful video. It's one of the reasons we have the ESRB today (actually I support the ESRB and stricter usage of it.)

Was there sex, rape in it? or really really bad violence? was it worse then the Grand Theft Auto Series?

I don't remember sex or rape in it but something wants me to believe one of these crappy games did have that. Maybe not one for sega cd.

No, it's not worse than GTA.

Unless your definition of really really bad violence includes catapaulting bed traps and spinning closets.

If memory serves it was controversial mostly because it featured a load of teenage girls in their night wear (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Anyway, the games was terrible.
