Hi

As the title says i'm tring to convert kinst2.chd to kinst2.img to use in the KI xxx b0.9 Emulator
I have the chdman.exe but how do i do it?

rename the .chd to .img. You must also have the romset uziped along with the .img file.

Is it really that easy? but i heard that after you convert Kinst2.chd To Kinst2.img
the file should be about 400mb. I don't think renaming will do it.

I got the game converted from Kinst2.chd To Kinst2.img.  transfered kinst2.img to the game folder. the KI xxx b0.9 Emulator just freezes on me as soon i hit the A button to load the game. the game file is 436mb sounds about right doesn't it? what am i missing?

I'm having the same problem as skyzerr33.  I see that he has a v1.6 XBOX too... I certainly hope this isn't one of the ones that doesn't work on this version...  Anyway, here are some snaps of what I have in my folders:

In my ki1 folder:

Just a quick recap of what happens; I start up the emu just fine but when A is pressed to start the game (either one), the emu just freezes.  Any help is appreciated.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

I can get killer instinct 1 to work no probs but 2 freezes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
i have the same files as SlyBeast. they both work on the PC emulator Ultra64 emulator so the roms files must ok

OK, I downloaded new roms and I've gotten KI2 to work (works really well with blurred background!) but KI still freezes... It must be something with the romsets is all I can think of.  The emulator must be picky about the ones it'll use.  Any thoughts?

I've downloaded KI1 & KI2 from http://www.emuasylum.com/
and both games are working.
