Title: Problem With Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2

I recently downloaded Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2.  I have tried both the [E] and versions and get the same problem.  I use surreal64 xxx and 1964 as my eumlator.  The game will load but plays at half speed (15fps) I have tried setting more dynarec memory but it still won't work.  I searched to see if there were any threads concerning this but the only ones i saw were ones saying that THPS hasn't been tested yet.
