Title: Dosxbox Speed Settings

Anyone have any idea if it's possible to play games like xcom at full speed?  I gotten every game I've thrown at it to play, but most are just too slow.  I goofed with frame skipping but I never like to let that go above 2.  Any decent speed profiles?
