I speak with him often. I havnt asked him what he's currently working on, but knowing him he always has projects that he's working on, or has worked on, and is waiting for something to release (e.g. a official source update to fix a issue, or what not).

Dont worry, he hasnt left, he's just probably busy.

Well next time you talk to him ask if he'll ever consider releasing the sourcecodes to his ports. A while ago I wanted to add the flicker filter option to all XPort's emus that don't currently have it and make the updated XBEs available in a single archive for ppl. But I was dismayed to discover that none of the latest sources are on xbins. sad.gif

And the dead parrot award for 'forums biggest dolt' goes to slowmaz. Congratulations.

He's very much alive and well. Atleast his cyber persona is. He last posted today at 09:56 PM. He focuses his attention in the Xport section tho. (One above Emulators in the Software Forums).

Yeah, he always dissapears for 1-2months then re-appears with new stuff normally. And if he didn't we could hardly complain.
Likkle - Is it only the old sources he has on xbins then?

when someone never posts for a while people automatically assume that they are dead.

same happened with ldots in the XBE forum.

then it happened with lantus.

now it is happening with xport.

people take breaks!!!!!!! dry.gif

Indeed so. For me the Xenesis UI is far better than both Surreal's and XSNES9X's put together.

Xenesis still has one of  the best UIs going. Could maybe do with a little update tho if you find time in your busy schedule.  biggrin.gif

No point - I could count the number of people that use it on captain hooks fingers!

I have used Xenesis since it came out, and haven't had a reason to change Genesis emulators, I like the UI, and it plays Mick & Mack: The Global Gladiators perfectly.  So you can add one to your list of loyal users.

Stef, without dout is one hell of a coder. I've been following gens since 1999 and watched it mature in to what it is today. Stef did what most people said was impossible, Sega CD Emulation im quite sure that if it wasn't for him decent Sega CD emulation wouldn't exist.
