cheerz
yes Silent hill was good, but I dont think it was obscure
I'm not shure if this game is obscure or not but I recently tried it out, its enjoyable for a quick play:
Flicky on the Sega SG-1000
I always like Faxanadu on NES.
Blackthorne is a surprisingly good yet forgotten game for the SNES. It's similar to Prince of Persia or Flashback, but with enough unique elements to make it stand out. It was also available for other consoles, but I prefer the SNES version.
Gameboy:
Sword of Hope - Great RPG
King of the Zoo / Penguin Wars - Great link Game
Amiga:
Tons here but try,
Apidya - Excellent Shoot 'Em Up
Rick Dangerous - Platform / puzzle and hilarious
The Settlers - Think of it like sim city crossed with populous and multi player split screen.
Pinball Fantasies - fave pinball on computer ever!
Snes:
Super Smash TV - better than arcade
Rock N Roll Racing - Awesome 'Jake Lights him up!'
Cybernator - Shoot Em up
too many to remember!
Megadrive:
Castle of Illusion - brilliant fun
Shining Force 1 & 2
Devil Crush - excellent pinball
Gynoug - Hard as nails shoot em up
Nes:
Elite - Best Version ever
Every RARE title - great games on this console by them !
Master System:
Wonderboy III The dragons trap - great platform / rpg looks and sounds 16 bit
PC Engine:
Lords of thunder (CD Game) Awesome Shooter
Arcade
Wardner - Blatant wonderboy 2 rip off but great
got to go play some now
