Title: Roms I Download Show Files Not Found

:( y when i try to download cirtain roms (metal slug, streethoop, art of fighting) when i try to load them they show files missing and wont run. iv tried different sites and different emu (mamex, mameox, fba) but not a sausage! can anyone help???

sigh.. do you have neogeo.zip in your roms dir?

sigh... Downloading roms is illegal. Please discuss your software piracy elsewhere.

i thought it was only illegal if the game was still commercially available.
