A lot of people seem eager for a Saturn emu. My question is why?

Authors getting reimbursement for their hard work?! GASP! The commercial saturn team have accomplished alot more than anyone else, and obviously invested a lot of time in it - why shouldn't they charge for it?

I would like to see some more Homebrew Original games. That was great for Dreamcast.

The next big thing would have to be a free, mature, open source SDK (much in the same vein as OpenXDK) that would enable developers to ditch the XDK and post their binaries on regular websites. This would attract the kind of people that have steered clear of Xbox development for now because the tools they would have to use to develop had to be 'warezed'.

Pay for emulators are you serious? Don't you guys rememer Bleem! Well I guess not because it was the first commercial emulator (PSX) and was killed instantly by Sony. Anyone who attempts selling their emu's will lose every penny they have in a legal battle vs. Sony,MS,Nintendo, etc. and will LOSE the lawsuit. I guess humans never learn from their mistakes.
