Have you also included the .cue file along with it in the PSXCDs directory and named it D:biosscph1001.cue ?

lThere's no CUE file for a sytem BIOS file.
Just make sure you actually downloaded the BIOS file, because Xport stopped including it in his releases of PCSXbox for legal reasons.

Gah, It escaped my attention that you were talking about a bios and not a game. Sorry, for the misinformation. What Bender said was correct. I thought you were talking about loading a game.  With a game you need to have both a .bin and a .cue. YOu need to get the bios elsewhere. Look in the usual places Usual Places
