Title: You Can Use Your Save States
Post by: baturkin17 on June 10, 2003, 09:49:00 PM
ok i had a save state of Super Mario 64 for pj64 on my pc with 82 stars and 100 lives (yes i got them myself).

and i figured, why should i do that all over again, when i could just start where i left off.

so i was looking for the save states on my e:udata and tdata folders and i found where they are , they are in " e:tdata:64ffffff "

in there was "SUPER MARIO 64.zip"

then i looked in my pj64 saves folder on my pc and i saw "SUPER MARIO 64.pj.zip"

so i just renamed my "SUPER MARIO 64.pj.zip" to "SUPER MARIO 64.zip" , then uploaded it to "e:tdata:64ffffff " , started up pj64-x, hit back+white and hoorayy!!! , it worked.

now i have my save state from the pc version on xbox.

also the .eep file i think is the real game save. you have to rename that acordingly to.

im sure you can do this with any game but i havent tried it.
