One thing you might want to add to this list, is some sort of guide for those who collect *gasp* Roms. At most Rom sites when you go to *gasp* download a game you will be presented with either a zip file that has like 5 or more releases of the same game within it or be presented with 5 or more different releases of the game to choose to download. Some useful info to post might be help for newbs as to which codes and tags for Rom names mean which things, including which language the game is in, and so on.

-Seiken Densetsu 3
-Chrono Trigger
-Contra 3. It is simply kick-ass action (also for two players!). The best Contra in the entire series. Only Contra: Hardcorps (SEGA Genesis) can get near it.
-Kidou Senshi Gundam W: Endless Duel (Gundam Wing: Endless Duel), very good game and very useful if you have 5 minutes of spare time and want a quick match or two. Be sure to get the english translation-patch. It's somewhere out there on the web.

All these games mentioned and not ONE mention of Actraiser? That is STILL a great game!! (I know this because I just started playing it again, he he). Also Soul Blazzer is another very good
game. Still think Super Metroid is the best though, followed closely by Super Contra, Zelda, Castlevania, DKC 1 and 2 and some more I can't think of right now. Oh, Super Swiv is a very good shooter.
