Title: Run Emulators From Dvd-r Cdrw? Help
Post by: rvd on January 05, 2003, 02:30:00 PM
Yes you can do it!  I run Mame-x, fbax, and sega+snes emu and roms right off a cdrw.

Here is something if you didn't already know. I have found the best results with using Verbatim CDRW's. 650mb or 700mb. Always burn them at 2 or slower speed with nero. Make sure to check  finalize cd and try not checking disc at once.

Every single cdrw I have burnt works perfect with my xbox (xecutor modchip).
Try them

good luck

Me thinks NeuroKnight needs to make an ISO of his games disc and upload it to a certain newsgroup...

Might do it once I've tested most of the ROM's, it can take a while with as many ROM's as I have even with help from my friends.
