Put your Atari 2600 ROMS in a folder named A26ROMS. I don't know about the Atari 5200 or 7800. You could try and make a folder named A52ROMS and another named A78ROMS and put the respective ROMS in the respective folder and see if they work. If they do work could you reply here with your findings. Hope this has helped you!
