You bought a car but forgot to take driving lessons.
Go to Amazon and buy some books on VS.NET 2003 and C/C++ in general. Learn them.
Then go online and play with tutorials/articles/examples from several sites like http://www.gamedev.net/.
Then read the documents that come with the XDK.
Then post a topic here with your questions.
