No one wants your xdk its very easy to get.
Are you running on a real dev/debug kit or a modded
retail xbox.

Zack you can find MS's XDK from anywhere its not hard dumbass. I heard inorder to use it you will need to have a debug bios. To do the debug and u need to upgrade the ram.

I heard you need the newest xbdm.dll or something like that. I only have the dll from the 4627 dashboard and I can't get it to run Halo 2. Mine is a softmod running the debug bios on Phoenix Bios Loader and it hangs on a black screen when I boot Halo 2 or Halo. I don't know where to get the new one so I dunno. Try asking around if it is the updated dll you need. It wont be easy to find though. I have been looking for a month lol

Have you tried patching the default from retail to debug.
The program I use is dexbe.I have never used a converted
retail xbox to use the xdk.I have only used a real debug kit
and a dev kit so I maybe wrong.

To do anything actually productive your more than likely going to want to upgrade the 128mb of ram.  However, it is possible to boot the game with 64mb for simple debug tasks like grabing images and so forth.  As Helios said, you will need the dll file from the latests xdk release (5933 I think?)  Also what worked for me was deleting the contents of the DXT folder.   Make sure to make backups though.
One last tip is I've heard good things about the iND-BIOS.
hope this helps
