Load a BFM debug bios from HDD with phoenix bios loader. No flash or new chip needed.

BFM is Boot from Media, a BIOS that doesn't need to be flashed on a Chip. Instead you need a Software BIOS loader like Phoenix BIOS Loader (PBL) and the BIOS file on the Xbox HD. Search for Phoenix in the forum for more Info.
