Title: Xdk Alpha I And Alpha Ii Differences?

My Dev. Kit was produced in August 2001, 3 months before Xbox's release to the public. It came with XDK Launcher v4831.1 and had Live options like the current XDK Launchers. I have a feeling it had been recovered to a newer version of the XDk Launcher because the Alpha game on the HD has Live options. So I do not know of it's original XDK Launcher. I myself recovered my Dev. Kit to the 5849.1 (one of the most current XDK Launchers), but I've backed up all the XDK Launcher Dashboards that I've come accross from 2 seperate Debug Kits, a Dev. Kit and the internet. I have 4039, 4867 (cracked), 4831.1, 5558, 5659, 5849.1 I hope some of that info helped.

The hardware difference between Alpha I and Alpha II is the BIOS on the GPU.
