Not sure if I get the problem correctly but you should know that texture data on the xbox is not stored internally the same way as on a pc. For performance reasons, the xbox textures are swizzled and you must unswizzle them before
displaying them or they will look corrupted. The swizzling/unswizzling is explained in the xdk docs and helper code is contained in xgraphics.h.
