Title: Debug Kit Dvd Drive Screwed Up?

Yes you can swap the DVD drive with any other Xbox DVD drive. I believe one of my Debug Kits has a Thompson from an old Retail Xbox I used to have. And once you have a new DVD drive, run the Recovery Disc on it so you can get the XDK launcher to come up on boot, instead of the normal MS dashborad.
