Title: What Are The Files In E:\cache?

TDATA and UDATA is all your save game information.  CACHE is, obviously, cached information.  That's pretty much it.

i wouldn't mind knowing exactly what they are too.  mine are named LocalCache00.bin and LocalCache08.bin.  what are your's named?  i've deleted them several times and haven't noticed any problems.  what i HAVE noticed is that they are always dated 11/15/03...which is the date that my box defaults to when i've had it unplugged for awhile.
