Title: Does Free-x' Dashboard Play Original Imports ?

I know it might seem like a stupid question since hardly any games are being made in Japan which do not come over in North America, but Japanese games do tend to go for much less on eBay. DoA 3 cost me $35 minus shipping and I had to pay and extra $7 for the Booster pack while the Japanese version goes for $20 and it includes all the costumes.
