is there  a way to update to live with a flashed tsop??

Yes cuz its only software update, not bios/kernel. Just run a live enabled game (or for more security run dashupdate.xbe from bxplorer)

i was under the impression that the original xboxdash.xbe
was all specific to each xbox ? is this still true ??

and the files u actually change are external to this file (like the files that this program uses)

How did you do it, southparksam? When I tried to add a menu averything got really weird.
