Title: Xmv Converter

The XBOX Developers Kit will allow you to convert audio and (WMA I think) video sources into XMV. The problem is going the other way, I dont know any tool that will extract from an XMV file... if anyone does please tell me!

I do not believe that one is available as of yet.  I believe some people are working on it though.
