1) Cant code at all
2) can code but not in C++
3) can code in C++ but not for the xbox.
people in the first section should buy a book or take a course, online tuts are very rarely complete enough to teach. once they have learnt to code then move on to section 2.
People in the second section could check out some of the C++ and Direct X tuts available on the net. once they can code in c++ move on to section 3.
People in the third catagory should just check out the sample files that come with the dev kit.

Once your at step 3 you can learn by reading the XDK's documentation and playing with the sample code.

its not that hard, I was at stage 2) just a month ago and now I have already released my first xbox game,

Well, if I can't find it in those places, and I can't ask for it, I guess I'm SOL
I fall into cat 3, but I can't find the damn thing. This is the first time anyones has even hinted to where it could be found

Well, it's no longer true that you won't find it in many of those places.
The XDK WAS leaked. It's out there. Just look.
