Hi,
Can anyone shed some light,
I need to xport from MAX into a usable format, I like panda export, I searched the forum and found referenece to it, tried it and am almost happy....however...
Is there anyway, from either MAX or Panda to force "linear' textures I have created my textures as D3DFMT_LIN_A8R8G8B8 format so the co-ords are 0,0-255,255 (or whatever) but max eports using standard 0,0-1,1 ,
In short I need the texture co-ord in Linear mode.
Also is there any software to convert .X files into actual C++ code?
I would just like to be able to include the data at compile time,
Cheers

The main reason is laziness, The xbox encourages it too, Its soo fast,
I also just found that textures seemed to align better using linear, especially for background images, and kinda kept the theme throughout.
maybe I should revert back.
I will write something to convert the .x file myself but just thought someone may have done that already.
Thanks again dude!
