There's only one entity you can legally get the XDK from you know...

That's one solution.  There also is the incubator program if you get accepted for it that is.

XDK IS ILLEGAL TO SELL OTHER THAN TO DEV. EXIT, ASK AGAIN, AND YOUR BANNED.
