Title: Xbox Game Hacks

I was wondering if there are any tools which unpack BIN files.. Like alot of XBox (And other Systems) have Sound or Graphic files packed into Bins.

Like for Snes/Md and so on Roms there are Tile Viewrs and allsorts.

I am just interested in messing around with graphics and sound files abit in the games, Such as changing sound effects and stuff.

Forgive me if this is a stooooopid question
