I have reproduced your menu and here's my xdi which is the same as yours and it works for me..?

Thanks for the reply.

I managed to get it to work by deleting everything and starting again.

I re-extracted the CPXMenu rar file and copied the emus into the iso folder from scratch.  Burnt the dvdrw and it worked.  Strange but now OK.

Good there must have been a file then that was messed up..
