Hi Everyone,

I was hoping to be able to use sites like youtube and demand five but need Adobe Flash 10. Has anybody had any luck installing either flash 10 into X-DSL or any other distro?

Cheers,
Chris.

Have you tried downloading a pre-built Flash package, and just manually installing it? I'd try something like an Ubuntu/Debian ".deb" package, and then maybe a Slackware build in that order.

On the other hand, I know there's a youtube plugin for Xbmc4xbox available.

flash 10 is to slow on the xbox. your better off using something like keepvid and watch it in the player of your choice. i think xbmc has a youtube plugin as well.

Yes, XBMC4XBOX has a Youtube plugin! And it has another very good script too, named "Navi-X". This Navi-X script is able to see videos of several web pages (Youtube is one of them, of course).
