Title: Windows Programs On The Xbox

I am haveing a wierd problem with wine, under xdsl. I used a tut that explains how u can use wine to run zwindows games under xdsl. I successfully installed the game, and several other windows programs such as winrar and firefox 2.0. However, when i try to load the game (Age of Empires 2) it wouldn't work so I thought maybe get a no cd exe or something, and this is what error code i get when i try to boot the game: "Could not initialize graphics system. Make sure you video card and driver is compatible with DirectDraw" Word for word quote. I installed the game and everything correctly, I know that for sure so what did I do wrong?

See if you can run it with Cedega, maybe. Don't ask me how, I'm a Linux noob  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

You shouldn't need to run Firefox under Wine, it can run natively under Linux.

well, ill try that and post back with results, as for firefox i wanted use 2.0.

EDIT: Nvmd, i dont wanna buy cedega, so any other ideas?
