Title: Softmod Successful, But Unable To Run Programs

Hi

I've run into an unusual situation after successful softmod using Ndure and XboxHDM.

A buddy of mine wanted to softmod his xbox (v1.4 - Focus video chip).  I booted my PC, ran XboxHDM and proceeded to wipe his drive and create an original C and E.  Then I ran the Ndure 3.1 script and successfully installed Ndure on to the drive.

I then hooked up the Xbox to the TV and booted up...UnleashX comes up and everything looks fine until I try to run any program or game from the hard drive.  Any time I select an application from the UnleashX menu, the Xbox would lock up and just hang there with a blank screen.

I also tried using file explorer from UnleashX to run Ndure Tools and same situation...blank screen and lock up.

Now, I have softmodded (using Ndure/XboxHDM) 5 different Xboxes already, and never came across this.

Any one with helpful advice?  Should I just wipe the drive and try again?
