Copy the softmod file from your hard drive to a memory card and copy it from the memory card to your friends XBox.

It pretty much depends on what method you used to mod the first xbox.

In case of game exploit, I agree with SuperHumanly. A modded xbox is the easiest way to get a gamesave exploit on a memory device.

In case of a hotswap, you might as well follow the exactly same procedure you used on the first xbox.
