im having the same problem man ..can anyone help us out please

you should be using option 1 to boot of xboxhdm.. are you guys running AMD cpu?.. I have seen xboxhdm sometimes gives problem with amd cpu..

xboxhdm is a linux distro. It was build when people where having PIII pc's.
It looks like your pc mobo is incompatible with xboxhdm.
You could try to disable as much unneeded stuff as possible into your pc bios setup and see if that helps.
I know some features like APM sometimes cause problems. Is there something specific about your pc motherboard that didn't exist 2 years ago? It might help if you could give the specs of it.
