The Evox pink logo at the flubber animation at boot is indication of a hard mod hence you are in the wrong section of the forums - XBE exploits are for softmods.

Use a boot disc like Slayer's 2.7 or Frosty's xbox rescue disc to boot to gain back ftp access. Burn the iso at low speed to a DVD-R (minus) media.
