Press IGR : Left Trigger + Right Trigger + Left Thumbstick + Right Thumbstick all at once on the controller

Orange LED  dry.gif ? Usually this means the softmod is already operational.

Try a game backup disc or alternatively boot with a boot disc like Frosty's xbox rescue disc.

im not sure why it started working but it just kicked in randomly. It unfailingly works now though. Thanks for your help.
