Hi,
you can use the winhex program to take an image of a disk and put it on another disk.
you will need a kernel independant softmod, or you will need 2 xboxes with the same bios versions.
The ndure softmod has a number of options. So, you would need an 8 gig image for every combination of options.
The xbox harddisk needs to be locked with the correct password. You need the xbox eeprom.bin file to calculate that password, or you need to do a hotswap.
