Title: Issue With Shadowc From Krayzie's Ndure?

I've been using Krayzie's Ndure (1.1.1) for awhile and never had a problem until I upgraded from a 320GB to 750GB drive.  Everything works fine with the exception I decided to finally load the XDK (5933) back onto the box.  I followed the instructions that I used last time and load it via the same PBL.  The difference is, this time I get an Error 13 when I try to load that.  The only thing I'm doing different on the 750GB was running a ShadowC.

 

So I loaded Krayzie's Extras and FTP'd back in to look at the real C but I don't have enough room to load all the files that the tutorial lists are needed. So my question is what can I remove from the RealC to beable to load the XDK and keep the dual boot like I've always had it, yet keep ShadowC if possible.  (I've loaded all the files listed in the tutorial onto the ShadowC already).  If I can't really remove anything, is there a way to shrink down the shadowc.img so that's it's barely bigger then the M$Dash, with XDK?

 

 

 

*The tutorial being referenced is the one on Hydra's World, I don't have the link handy

I guess I deleted some of the wrong files in the Real C so when I rebooted it does the Xbox Throbber thing and then just sits there for either button when you turn it on.  Thankfully I was still able to boot MechAssault and go into the GSE.

 

I'm currently backing up what I have left on C and E and I'm going to just redo the softmod again without the ShadowC so I can put the XDK back on.   If anyone knows of a way where I can add the ShadowC back onto and keep the XDK (even if I have to redo the entire C/E again via Krayzie's Ndure.) please let me know.

if you have a least 190MB after the XDK install you can copy any file the size that you want
to the real C:\ and rename it to shadowC.img, boot the softmod and format, then install the MS files to it
OR
reconfig NKPatcher to use a shadowC.img from E:\

Thanks for the help guys...  I ended up FTP'ing a "Stock C" and new copy of the gamesave over and redid the mod that way, then I found another post in which (ironically xman posted) and created a smaller shadowc.img.  Hope 206MB works. I never did check how much room the XDK needs.

 

So I'm uploading the new shadow now and will format it after reboot.
