Title: Apps And Games Slow To Load

Im getting a really annoying problem, games and apps take sometimes upto 1minute to load. I got a 40gb hdd using ndure 3.0 and kingroaches softmod.
I cleared E:\CACHE folder and emptied X: Y: Z: using FTP but still getting the same problem, im using XBMC as my dash and when I tried unleashx it still took ages for it to load... What could it be?
