Title: Xbox Gone Weird

i fitted a hd led today an now when i turn on my xbox to get it to boot to unleash i have to hit the eject button then leave the dvd tray open until the ms logo then hit the button again to close it an it boots if i try any other way it doesn't work any ideas????
