did you just copied scrap fonts? or changed any files there..  make sure you copy the bios folder in C drive and dash folder in E drive.

error 21 is caused by missing files.. so either C:\xboxdash.xbe is missing or E:\dash\default.xbe is missing..

ucmeflyby, did you fix it?

If not, is it just the eject-button boot that 21's now?  (If not, keep the Xbox plugged-in to an active power supply!)
