look into Ltools memcard installer.  UDE2 is very easy to apply.  Read read read before you  do anything else.

Do Not and I repeat Do Not use ernie and bert reloaded. It is outdated and can cause you xbox to get stuck in a clock loop. There are newer exploits out such as UXE that will not cause a clock loop nor any other bad side effects. Use UXE. It is as simple as that and there are plenty of guides.

EDIT: UDE1/UDE2 were developed just before UXE. UDE1/2 only work on some xboxes. To be sure the exploit works on your xbox use UXE.
