Title: Xboxhdm Cannot Find Eeprom.bin

how come the lock and unlock feature cannot find my eeprom.bin file even though it's on the CD??? any way to fix this??? I've been searching but there are 100's of posts to sift through!!! please give me a link or tell me how!

put the eeprom in root of floppy..

big problem here... i have no floppy drive on my computer... I just bought it a few months ago. Looks like new technology is getting away from the dinosaurs like floppy drives.

type "lockhd -a"

now it will gove you an error and ask you to choose an option:
                          1. Look on floppy disk
                          2. Enter a different path manually
                          3. exit

not type "2" and enter. now for eeprom, type this path: /CD/eeprom/eeprom.bin

assuming you have your eeprom in the eeprom folder and make sure to type /CD? not /cd/

what if i have a floppy and the eeprom is on a subfolder.. lets say eeproms/152/eeprom.bin
what command should i use?

I tried this and it kept not finding it, even though I was going directly to where it's at on the CD... Then one time it came and said 3 different things had a "bad number", but the screen cleared off before I could read exactly what they were...
