Title: Ude With Live & New Banning Procedures By Ms.

My question... I read about using Live on a UDE Modded XBox. But that tutorial is outdated, and was released before MS began using these new Banning Procedures. So my question is if I install UDE on my XBox, and access Live by booting with an original disc in my DVD Drive, am I going to get banned? I play Mortal Kombat: Deception a lot on Live & don't wanna get Banned.
