if you want to use splinter cel to upgrade your dash you need to hook the xbox up to a network. then the download levels button would become available and you can upgrade your dash.

Thank you for your reply to Pedrospad, i will look into UXE too. I hope I can get something to work on my xbox.

Devz3ro has released a Uxe-complete package that includes everything you need I believe.
