Is there anything special you have to do to your xbox if you install a new hd in a softmodded xbox? Like flashing or anything?

you need your eeprom.bin
other than that , no you dont need to flash
for larger hd's you'll need a bios that supports lba48
but thats easy enough to obtain.

If i got a hard drive bigger than 137+ than i would have to get bois to support that right? If i get it then what would i do with it to get it to work?

get xboxhdm, put the eeprom.bin in the eeprom folder, put the c and e files from the old hd in the c and e folders in xboxhdm, make the bootable iso, burn it, put the new hd on the computer your booting on(primary master), follow onscreen dircections, make hd from scratch option, lock with eeprom on disk option, and your set.

sorry for the run on  

edit: to make the bootable iso double click on "make-iso-win.bat", but make sure the c, e, and epprom folders have everything you want beforhand.

   got the prog xboxhdm put the files in c and e how do i turn it into a bootable iso
sorry for asking dont know how to looked and searched but cant find it

where ever you unzipped it at, theres a file calles make-win-iso.bat
run that
