I use ude 1 on my mates pal xbox and all is working fine , but at the moment it only has the basic evox ini and one extra skin.

Is the ini modified in anyway ,as he wants all the apps and emus that I have on my xbox (modded) so I was just gonna ftp them over and then use my ini with a few changes , like where apps are stored as he has no F: drive. Will it work or must I use the one that comes with the softmod?

you can use your ini file it will work fine
just check if they are the same evox version but i don't think it matters

normally evox will look at 2 places for an apps dir:
e:\apps\
&
f:\apps\

check the evox.ini in d:\dashboard\ and see where its looking.

Ok thanks , and I did not mean it is not looking for the apps. I don't like the names the autoadd gives , and have edited my ini so my apps have the names I gave them ,and have stuff that I need to use on regular basis , like the video switcher on front menu. So I want to use this ini on the softmodded box.
