hmmmp, ive read lots of tuts, and im obvioulsy not getting it.. i tried install thC.. in my dashboards folder and its not working.. im thinking this is wrong?

Well it depends, where is your dashboard foler? if its on E: thats one problem and if you dont have the font version of the xbe than thats another problem...
goto xboxdash.net and look in tutorials if you want to run if from the E: drive or F: drive..
