k ive been away to long. jsut got my new xbox. i think its a 1.6 very new date.. has a sammy. etc.
but anytho i have a chameleon LE from my old box. now i assume my solderless is useless lol.. and ive seen a few thingy's here and there and cant search anything :(
coul some one point me into a good direction on HOW to wire this to my 1.6? and wut bios i wanna use? i dont feel like buying a new chip.. bah

Solderless wont work in 1.6, I recomend pinheader install. Once the pinheader is installed you need to rebuild the LPC. Also M8_16 is the only bios to use on a 1.6, do not use any other.

And only do this for 1.6, you can tell it's a 1.6 because theres no ram places etc,

Dude do not hook up the d0 to that spot. Also do not put a pin in pin 7 becuase it will frag also you wil nee to cut the u7c1 trace and solder that to ground.

heh thanks for the help. but since no one has a diffenative answer i may jsut purchase a ica chip. depending on how hard they instal :|

ok so im sticking witht he cham
i did the soldering i groundd the lfram :| im not sure lol
is there anything else i need to do first?

did you cut the trace and rebuild lpc.
