Title: Pals Not Working (that Should) On Ntsc Rig.

Hey Everyone,
I am having a problem with PALs  playing on my NTSC box. These are the soft mods. Not sure but I think it started around the time I did a DashUpdate . Maybe when I installed X2 4983.67 too. I  have a Matrix chip. Anyone experienced similiar problems. I have tried deleting everything on E and C less the dash but still no go. Game(s) attempt to boot then stays at dash screen. BTW, there are games where no NTSC hack is needed. I have also tried games with NTSC hack and still no go. The only ones that run of HD are NTSC.... Would anyone have had this problem and have correlated it to the EEPROM or similiar? BTW, I am running a 1.0 box.
